2024 Scar of the Sea Slo Coast Syrah - Grenache, San Luis Obispo County, USA Stefano Occhetti ” — Jim Fischer +Certified Biodynamic & Organic. This is a new wine as it is a blend of 60% Syrah from our home ranch, Bassi and 40% Grenache from a young block at Bassi, blended with Grenache from Rancho Arroyo Grande by Lopez Lake in the southern point of the SLO Coast AVA. The two varieties were co fermented, the Syrah was kept 100% whole cluster and the Grenache was fully destemmed onto the top of the fermentation. The grapes fermented with native yeast for 3
